I never thought of it quite that way. But by your criteria Bush must be a fantastic President. Liberals would gripe if Bush hung himself with an old rope.

if the boy President has succeeded at anything it has been uniting the left against him. and in case you haven't noticed, much of his support base has eroded away, due to dismal leadership and failed policy.
