Anyone else have this problem? I changed the cap and o-ring but I still have the problem. It slowly drips out the top of the cap and into my boat. Thanks!

One possibility..I've seen a hair line crack in the threads at the casting line. The tighter you screw the cap down it opens the crack, or a hot engine opens it.

Well my first thought was o-ring. May try cleaning it up good so you can see if there a crack. Then when it good and clean tilt it up and try to see where it come from. If, it the cap it seems there has to be something interfering with it sealing. I guess they not have a specific fill level and can be overfilled?

flea is on track for you. either the new cap has a hairline crack or the tank threads are damaged in some way. put on the glasses, clean everything up, and inspect it closely. it ain't magic.
