Hi all, i need advice today. Im just over 18wks, and I have this awful feeling in my lower stomach, especially wen i stand up and move around, like pressure or someone has a fist pushed into my stomach, very uncomfortable. And wen i go to use the bathroom, my underwear is damp. I know im probably only getting wound up over nothing but just wanta check. Is it just leakage due to an expanding uterus?

i know you dont want to hear this but you really need to call your midwife / hospital / GP re this one. The pressure thing, i am not sure it is normal. You could be leakig amniotic fluid which i think is serious. Dont waste time asking here, call a cab and get to the hospital just to put your mind at rest. Hopefully all is ok, but no-one on here can diagnose.

you might be weeing a little bit, as the baby is pressing on yur bladder. nothing to worry about. if you are worried though speak to your midwife she won't think your silly

im 16wks gone n i,ve noticed that as well bot under wear damp...also when i sneeze im dribbling my self....glad im not the only 1...lol

round ligament pain... from ur tummy stretching, and discharge. which is totally normal. and will happen the whole pregnancy.
