(in order in my opinion)
1. catch the ferry to manly. see manly, manly beach, manly harbour foreshore.
2. bridgeclimb
3. opera house
4. the rocks
5. sydney aquarium at darling harbour
6. rest of darling harbour and china town
7. bondi beach
8. walk from bondi to bronte beach (and back, or catch the bus)
9. sydney tower
10. botanic gardens
11 to 20 in no particular order.
think also about checking out cafe scene in newtown, glebe, darlinghurst and paddington, as well as centennial park, hyde park, and some of the other beaches such as Coogee.
You can also take a trip to nearby areas such as the Blue Mountains (2-3 hours by train) or the Hunter valley (2-3 hours by car or bus), or newcastle (2 1/2 hours by train).
