To the left of your "TaskBar", bottom right of your Desktop, you'll see a small blue icon which shows EN. Left click on it and select "English UK". Problem solved! If the icon isn't showing, go to "Start", "Settings", "Control Panel", "Regional and Language Options" and in both the "Regional Options" and "Advanced" tabs, select "English (United Kingdom). That will change all your PCs settings to UK, including the Keyboard. You will not have to ReStart the PC.

you need to change the keyboard language mode from USA English to UK English
currently if you press " you will get the @, when you change mode it comes to normal.

Your keyboard is set up for american... change it in settings to English UK.
