Pirates of the Caribbean or Space Mountain. Those are the ones that I would go for first, followed by Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Big Thunder Mtn. Railroad, and Splash Mtn. The Haunted Mansion is also on top of my list, but I believe it is closed for refurbishment right now. If not, that is also one of the top.
Have a great trip!!

Be in line even before the park opens. Head straight thru Cinderella's Castle then left, to The Haunted Mansion. Then, depending on the ages of your party's members, either go to Fantasy Land (Flying Dumbos, Teacup Ride, Cinderella's Carosel, and the unforgettable Small World) or Frontier Land (Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Railroad, Country Bear Jamboree, followed by WDW railroad to the other end of the park).
Hint: Food prices are sky high at the theme parks. Think of alternatives like bringing some fruits and meal bars, going back to your room for a hearty snack and nap in the hot middle of the day, or buying some sandwich fixings (or ready made sandwiches) at a hotel convenience store. The Polynesian Hotel is close enough to The Magic Kingdom to walk, but you can take a boat or Monorail just for the fun of it. The beach at The Polynesian is also a great place to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks yet avoid the crush of crowds.

Space Mountain arrive at opening and run to Tomorrowland. The line will be long all day, you may want to get a fast pass.
I would save Splash Mountain for the heat of the day, you will get wet, especially at the front of the ride. It will be a delightful way to cool off. Then go to Rocky Mountain Railroad, by the time you get to ride you will be dry from the heat.

I would ride Pirates of the Caribbean, It's a Small World, Splash Mountain. Start at the back of the park and it will not be as crowded. Have fun!!

Head straight to space mountain, lilo & stitch and toy story while there will be little and no que. Then when everyone who headed to thunder mountain and splash mountain go to space mountain you will be at splash mountain and thunder mountain with hardly any que.
This is if you get there for opening.
Have a fun day :)
