i have light blue eyes and i want to highlight them!

Curl your eyelashes and if they are a bit bushy, get them waxed. Use eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim. Use a light shade of eye shadow on the upper lid leading up to the brow, which will open up the eye. A darker color can be used in the fold of the eye (aka the tear duct).

whatever you do, DO NOT use a light blue eyeliner!! It makes girls look horrible, as if they just got punched in the eye. My friend has blue eyes, she thinks its cute to use baby blue eyeliner.... nope.... it makes things X10 worse.

use some bronze eye shadow and a shimmery color
also try some pinks
try the alamay color exact shadows they are great

also navy blues and ocean blue(greenish aqua) color liners! i saw them in Diorshow !
