I LOVE THIS QUESTION!! The simple answer would be 'No!!' purely because I watched Butterfly Effect starring Ashton Kutcher and I think it a really good film but back to the subject. Basically if I were to go back I would change something bad that had happened but by doing that I could prevent the good that have happened from happening. (hoping your keepin up) Alternatively I could make somethingg fantastic happen but in turn somethin terrible would have to happen cos you know the whole balance of the universe.
So basically No if you change 1 thing you change everything :D lol

First off time travel is possible. I have a machine in my garage that I use to travel in time. Sure it only goes forward in time, and at a rate of normal time but I am traveling in time. Secondly I would not want to go back time mistakes make life beautiful and if you think you want to go change your past watch The Butterfly Effect.

I dont think there is anybody who would not want to go back and change some incidents in their past ,given such a possibility and opportunity. But the pity is that they would again wish to go into the past and change something which they did after returning from the past. Being imperfect and doing mistakes is human nature and I doubt if there will be anyone who will be thoroughly satisfied with their past even if they could change it.

No... I rather like the way things work out in the end, even though I am left with some horrible memories. If I changed my past I never would have met my wonderful husband and I wouldn't be getting ready to have a baby. I am completely happy with what my life has become.

No, I would probably revisit the lesson that I learnt from that experience. Knowledge is spiral in nature...a second grader looks at 2+2 = 4 in certain way... a math PhD looks at it in multiple ways..
being able to draw conclusions on a past experiences with increased maturity is the key... in other words self reflection.
One simple way to safe guard yourself from such thinking is, before you do anything as yourself whether you would regret it 5 years down the line. If you think you would, then don't do it.

Tempted but definately not we are all the sum of our experiences good and bad. If you were to go back and change something you would have no idea how it would affect your present. It could turn out worse.
(love the nic by the way.)

No. Although going back might save me from a few disasters, I need those disasters. I need the good AND the bad times. I need to be strong.
If life was all "flowers and roses", then who would be "Army Strong"? I know its not the popular answer, but I wouldnt change my life at all.
I need the good and the bad times. I need the strength.

Yeah, for things like girls I wanted to be with and wrong decisions I made but when you think of the capabilities then these really wouldnt compare. I could go to the future and that would be wonderful. I could go to meet Jesus. I could have a chat with Hitler. Eventually I would have to pop back though to see everyone I missed.

Oh yes
I wouldn't have married a nutter.
I wouldn't have started smoking as giving up is hell.
I'd have studied to be a vet.
No doubt I would make a whole load of new mistakes and be a totally dysfunctional single, non-smoking vet.

No. My experiences have made me the person I am. If I changed anything, I would risk not having the parts of my life I actually like!
