cost of building a house up to lock up stage just the shell not windows etc?

buy a plot of land does anyone know the cost of building a 237sq metre house to just the lock up stage (shell only) not including labour just materials....as im getting quotes...ive had one quote of 60.000.00 usd just material up to lockup not including labour

With all due respect, and not knowing at all where you are...the WWW in a general search offers dozens, if not hundreds of sites that BUILT to various stages. In the South (USA) Jim Walters is one, that offers pricing and planning for what the customer is willing to accept.

I suspect also that you should consider with the outrageous costs for materials, and the sickening escalation in NEW/Used housing cost, Bargains are like finding a gem in a pile of rocks. I look for them, and have/will for 40 plus years.
