How do I enable Javascript on my PC, It wont let me give anyone stars on YA!?

when I go to give out a star it says sorry you need to have javascript enables to use this funtion it has worked before this is new to me

it is better to download java virtual machine. then you won't have this problem. it is freely downloadable. If you using xp, try installing service pack 2
