It can happen as soon as a few hours, but it can also take as long as two days. It depends on your timing, which is unpredictable. Factors include how soon your league fills up, whether or not a live draft is in need of a team or two, how many teams are registered around the same time, and how long Yahoo! takes to process all of the above. If you happen to be the last person in your league during a time that a lot of leagues did not fill, you can be up and running in just a couple of hours. Most of the time, however, it will take overnight.

It usually happens within 24 hours. However, if you are a head-to-head league, it won't draft until there are an even number of teams enrolled.
