There is many websites that cater to foreign investors but most of them are not real estate agencies.
They just take referral fee for bringing clients to the actual agency.
Here is one of the most popular Real Estate Agency in Ruse Bulgaria http://www.imotisiana.com.
They have 90% of all the listings available on the market and have been around for 10 years.
