Putting in time working on moves and shooting by yourself, practicing hard, listening to your coach, standing up to team-mates who don't get it. Post players block out set screens, work hard to get good position, guards prevent opposition from getting easy fast break points, pass to open post player who working hard to get good position inside. Play hard against all opponents no matter what the score or ask to be taken out if you can't, give a hungry bench guy get some minutes. Respect proper spacing, Keep your hands up on D. Never attempt to injure someone just because they burn you. Love the game, have fun, watch tape. Never give up, keep improving.
