I'm a lttle sketchy about this but I have been just offered in a trade Fitzgerald and benson for Gates, Norwood and Anthony Gonzalez. The guy who offered this always has this monsterous team at the beginning of the regular season and i know if i reject this it will screw him over and he has to create a new trade plan. But there are a lot of people i know that want norwood and i could trade him away for another receiver and RB. one more thing, i talk to another team and found out they have Michael Turner and they are interested in McMichael. You think they would trade straight up McMichael for turner. I dont know what to do. I want toactaully win this year and i heard people are

Personally I wouldn't do this trade. Your going to get more points from Cedric Benson and Fitzgerald than the 3 u r trading for. Anthony Gonzalez is a great wideout but he won't play too much because he has Harrison and Wayne in front of him. Trust your gut on this one.

YOU DEFINITELY WANT TO TRADE FOR MICHAEL TURNER!

Gonzales may not be a good pick. He has way too much competition. It is almost worth the trade to get Gates, but you'd be losing Benson, who is likely a better bet than Norwood. Running backs are too important to take a risk with, usually. So I would probably not take the trade, but I don't think it is that crazy if you do.

McMichael for Turner makes sense for you, being that you have LT, but only if you have a viable backup at TE. Honestly, I would likely make that trade and see what I could do in the free agent market. Tight ends are not worth a lot, and if LT goes down, you're hurting. So I would likely go for that one.

As far as your team as a whole, I think you are in good shape so long as McNabb stays healthy. That said, he usually gets hurt. If he does down, you're in some trouble. Brady Quinn is a lousy backup and is not going to be worth squat this year. Rookie QBs never are, and playing on a cruddy Browns team after holding out most of training camp is not going to help. Peyton Manning wasn't even that good his first year. If you want to make a trade, I would make sure a good backup QB was in the mix.

p.s. The first person's suggestions for trades are great... except that no one in their right mind would take them.

Do it because you need a better TE Amani Toomer is pretty good he will fill it in. Then you can trade Norwood and Gongalez for Marc Bulger. Then trade Mcnabb for and Matt Stover for Rudi/Reggie bush

so it will look like this

Do that trade.

do the mcmichael-turner trade

Then Norwood and Anthony Gonzalez for Carson Palmer

McNabb and Matt stover and Michael Bennet for Rudi Johnson

First of all, you would be losing maybe your top wideout and a starting running back for a top TE, a risky running back and a rookie WR that plays with Harrison and Reggie wayne aka no catches.

I say no deal. You would need to get a #1 wr then after. why would you want michael turner? he is going to get 5 carries to LT's 20. Plus McMichael in that rams offense might be a big time points getter this season where you wouldn't even need Gates.

Cheers

dont do the first trade. U cant afford to lose your best wr and with thomas jones gone to the jets, Benson will have a breakout year. I like your team as it is.
Qb- 8/10
rb- 9.5/10
wr- 6.5/10
te- 7/10
k- 7.5/10
def- 10/10

the only i question is your bench. If somebody gets injured you dont have a quality player to replace him. But you can always find suprising players in free agency. Take for example last year: Marques Colston, Maurise Jones-Drew and Robbie Gould. You just need 1 more premier player on your team and you should probably find it in free agency. Just remember to check it frequently.
