in my city u cant park on the streets overnight. but once i get my car,there wont be room for everyone in the house(its a two family house) with a car to get into the driveway at night. is there anyway i could legally park on the street since theres absolutly no room for another car,but i need one,and i'll have one soon

we dont own the house. and this aint the ghetto. we cant park on our lawn

My city has basically the same ordinance. Check with your
local code/ordinance enforcement or simply go by city hall and pick up a copy. Our city has a "grandfather" clause written in the law. Also, a hardship permit could apply.

If the law says you cannot park on the street, you have to live with it. Look for an extra space in your immediate neighborhood. Maybe you can rent it.
