Yes! you can drive I take it that this is your first child since you asked this question. If it is the first child you have lots of time when pains start before delivery is immanent. I saw an answer that says she drove herself to the hospital and believe it without a doubt. But, when you feel a lot of pressure you'll know "get to the hospital" mostly when there are severe abdominal pressure with the feeling that you need to have a bowel movement which is a late sign by then I'd get to help ASAP!

Geez, the fate of your 'boyfriend' is the least of your problems. To answer your question though, YES, he is still on the hook for having sex with a minor. It's all about when the sex happened, NOT when the baby is born. Just think about it. By your line of thinking, as long as the girl doesn't get pregnant the ADULT guy is free and clear to have sex with a minor. He's only in trouble if she gets pregnant AND has the baby before she turns 18. Um, NOT. I'm just glad to hear that this guy loved you SO much that he decided to place you in this situation by having sex with a minor and it was obviously unprotected sex at that. And let me guess. he's 'the one'. Very sad. This will be such a wonderful and touching story you can later tell your child. Yeah, your then 23 y/o dad and I were hooking up when I was still 17 and when you were born I had to deny his existence so he wouldn't go to jail...for having sex with a minor! Yup, that's your dad! (assuming he's even still around then.) If you REALLY cared about the future of your baby, you'd give them up for adoption to a family that is truly prepared and capable of raising a child and giving them the opportunities and advantages you will very likely NEVER be able to give them if you have a baby now and keep it. Do the right thing. Your baby deserves MUCH better and you will have a second chance at a real life and an opportunity to choose a MUCH better future husband and dad MUCH later in life when you have your act together.

You can drive so long as you can safely and comfortably fit behind the wheel and steer. As far as not driving alone for fear of going into labor, unless you have a specific medical situation that could cause a fast, preterm labor, I think this worry is unfounded. Labor generally doesn't happen in the blink of an eye, and your WORST case scenario would be that you'd have to pull over and use your cell to call an ambulance. That'd be so unlikely though. I'd keep driving and not worry about it unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

Yes its okay to drive when pregnant. I drove around the morning of the day I went into labour with both of my kids. Turns out I was actually in labour with number 2 when I went grocerie shopping and paying my hubby's staff. Probably not the smartest thing in the world to be doing!! I would say, keep driving until for feel uncomfortable doing it and if in doubt, get someone to drive you where you need to go. Remember to keep your seatbelt on and under your bump as its illegal (well in australia anyway) to drive without it just because your preggo!
Congrats and blessings for easy end of pregnancy!

I drove myself to the hospital when my water broke. I was never told that pregnant women can not drive. I would not advise driving once your water breaks...Unfortunately, my husband was working in another state for the day and of course it was the day I had to go into labor. Anyway, keep on trucking until your doc tells you differently!! Good luck and congrats :)

I would say to drive as long as you can reach the steering wheel. I had to stop at 8 months with my last one because I could not fit behind the wheel anymore. I tried moving the seat back, but then I couldn't reach the pedals.
