who funded the destruction of lebanese infrastructure and sent more bombs to do so when they had ran out? and who funded the reconstruction of the same infrastructure after said war?

Israel had an order for precision - guided bombs. The US shipped them pronto. the US supplies Israel with up to 4 billion a year in cash for its "defense," so it's likely that these bombs were free gifts to Israel. Hezbollah paid for the reconstruction of Lebanon, but the US also sent aid.

I didn't know we (the USA) funded the reconstruction? But we sure as hell sent bombs to that massacre that was none of our business.
