i am asking this question because i heard that sound needs either a liquid, gas or solid to travel through; but then plasma is like a combination of everything. so yeah

Yes, and if the plasma is magnetized (as it often is) compression waves progagating transverse to magnetic field are called Alfven waves, and travel faster than the speed of sound.

Sound waves travel through any type of medium. Plasma is nothing more than excited gas (example: fluorescent lights). So yes, sound can travel through plasma.

Yes, and plasma is not a combination of everything. It is superheated gas that has a charge.
