Tylenol is best. I am one of those people that tylenol does absolutly nothing for me.

Tylenol then try to put a heating pad on the back of your neck for a few minutes to relieve the pressure and stress of carrying your little one. Headaches in pregnacy are really common from the way your bodys changing, to hormones. I hope this helped.

Tylenol is the main brand name for acetaminophen, which is safe at any point of pregnancy.

Paracetamol is the only thing you should take, no ibuprofen, codeine or anything stronger.
Check with doctor about dosages as this is very important as well. You shouldn't take it progressively.

My dr. gave me a list of all the pain medication I could take. I would take one or two Tylenol... I didn't think I could take that stuff but the dr said it was ok. but just one or two.
