I would not avoid them and I would use eye contact
I would try to work out what I didn't like about that person
Because people mirror you like what you can't not see in yourself you may see in others and dislike it
So when I find out what it is I work on myself then that person seems totally different you then can except their faults as it maybe your own fault : )

I try my best to have as little to do with them as possible.
I am not a nasty person by nature, and dont often tell people straight out that i dont like them
Infact some people you persist on talking to me dont know that i really dont have time for them actually..

Nothing about it, if you have to tolerate them.
Why worry if they like or not, nobody likes me and that's the way some people like it, all you can think about if they like me, who cares!
You should pass that stage after a time.

well if that person was a family member then id avoid them too, and just say a quick hi and bye... but someone else, tell them to f**k off.

Avoid them if at all possible but if i just have to tolerate them,ill treat them with kindness...that kills them.

Politely and with civility. There are lots of people you aren't going to like, you may as well learn to cope with them.
Even if you don't like them, you need to be courteous.
