It would depend on why you're "taking it back". If it's because she doesn't return your feelings, then you just walk away and it will die from natural causes.
If it's because you've changed your mind, and she actually reciprocated with the same feelings, then you need to apologize and realize that you've just been labelled a total jerk. In this case, you need to learn to not tell someone you love them until you're certain.

Sometimes you have to say I love you to a girl to get her to give up the COOKIE.
What I do to take it back is say,"I said,I love it".
Warning--when you are having sex and the girl says she loves you,don't say I love IT too.She will close the dock door before you've unloaded the truck.

Now why would you want to do that? Anywho telling her that you just said it to get into her panties is one of the quickest ways for you to take that back.

jsut tell her that you aren't really sure about how u feel, and that you said it in the heat of the moment, and that your sorry...chances are she won't care....
