Are you excited about thanksgiving and christmas coming up? I never get this excited this early..but I soooo want to see Thanksgving get here. My husband will be coming home 3 days before Thanksgiving after doing a 15 month deployment to Iraq...and i am sooooo excited, I cant wait, he was in Iraq last year for thanksgiving and christmas...Im so excited I want to start decorating now lol

I know how you feel, it is just about the most exciting that can happen to man and wife. Enjoy the holidays with him and make it as comfortable as possible. And by all means, do start planning and decorating now. My mom and I (when she was alive) would start planning for the next years event right after our party for the year.

As soon as school starts back, I start thinking about the holidays. I know its sick, but... While I try to hold off on the decorating until at least October, one thing you can do is start shopping and planning. If you shop now you'll have more time for the really fun stuff, when the time comes.

start decorating a like youre exciment and as somebody already said once school stars againg after summer vacation the holidays are around the corner. bless your husband for helping our country he deserves a good holliday meal. take care
