Intelligence is more important than beauty. One example of which is this -- you cannot use your beauty in this site, You must have an intelligence in drafting a sensible question and sensible answer. If it is only the beauty you have, you may end up to look for a person that will bring you up to life. Intelligence goes far from beauty. If a person is intelligent it goes with the person the beauty of his wisdom. The person might not be beautiful physically but the intelligence makes a total person beautiful. Unlike in beauty it cannot carry along the intelligence of a person. The person's only asset is beauty and that's it.
Besides nowadays beauty could now be made. You may just visit the best hospitals offering aesthetics works. After several hours you are now physically changed to a beautiful person outside.

Yes of course if so, you have to let your option fall to one you need most in your live. Intelligence is more durable in live. Intelligence wins by a landslide. You can be ugly and intelligent and make yourself look better. But if you are not intelligent, you can't just make yourself smarter. You can try to learn more, but knowledge is different than intelligence. If you don't have smarts, then there is nothing you can do about it. So when the beauty fades, and it always does, then you are out of luck!

I was once convinced that intelligence is more important, but i see now that beauty takes me further. I don't know about men but a woman needs to be beautiful. That's kind of sad.

in this day and age most people would say beauty simply because we are a society that sees first and has little time and take no stock or value in intelligence. sometimes, especially when it comes to male/female situations, we see first, physical attraction hence, beauty. few people go beyond that. intelligence is a beautiful thing that can stimulate your brain. beauty disappears with time intelligence grows into wisdom
