OK, I know I'm a guy but my sis is here and she's that kind of person she'll answer:

Hiii! OK, if I were you I'd start off by putting some lotion on your face because there is a lot of make up and it'll ruin your skin. Next step is to get some VERY pale foundation, almost white to cover up and freckles or spots that will ruin the look. Next get some white blusher and put a genourous amount all over your face to get the pale look. Then put eyeliner on, it will take some practise to get it perfect like the girl in the picture, put the mascara on, and maybe darken your eyebrows a bit with the eyeliner pen, and your done!

Hope this helps!

Practice with liquid eyeliner. It takes some time to do it just right without smudging it and getting the cat eye points to be even. Start by applying a compact powder to your whole face that is one shade lighter than your skin tone to acheive that "undead" complexion. Use a nice blue eyeshadow first paying attention to the inner corners of your eyes as well as the outer edges.Your gonna want to put the eyeshadow on first and then the liquid eyeliner( make sure you don't use a cheap one, get one with a nice tip so you can pay attention to detail) that way the eyliner isn't covered by the blue. She is also wearing a whole lot of mascara and fake eylashes. I hate trying to put on fake ones so I would go with mascara. Before you put on each coat make sure you blot the brush on a tissue so you dont get clumps. let it dry between each coat so that it layers well. I would put about 4 coats on top and 2 on the bottom. Also get a white eyeliner and use that on the rim inside your lower lashes to really make it pop.Use an eybrow pencil to darken your eybrows. If you have a bright haircolor like purple or blue or red, I would pick an eyeliner pencil of the same color and do my eybrows with that, it looks way cooler than just black or brown. Good luck.

Liquid eye liner in black. That's the only thing that will give you eyes rimmed that darkly. Plus I think she's wearing fake eye lashes, but she's definately wearing heavy black mascara as well. The liquid eye liner comes in small bottles that look a bit like nail polish only taller. I would recommend hot topic to find it or some other gothic shop because it's not real common in the standard make-up aisles like it used to be.
