What do you do in waiting rooms other than just wait?

If I am not chatting, telling jokes to people or reading an
interesting magazine, then I am playing Zelda on my Gameboy so I won't annoy too many people lol. I must still be a kid at heart huh. Mmm

I bring a book, crossword puzzle, sudoku; anything really that will keep my mind busy. If it's one of those unexpected visits where I either forgot or didn't plan on going to the doctor then I'll play a game of ms. pacman on my cellphone. I love that woman! Then if I'm still bored, I've even been known to play tic tac toe by myself, which works out great because I always win!

Read, I always have magazines and a book in my purse. I don't understand how people can sit and do nothing while waiting. That's beyond me. Even my 4 year old takes a book when he goes to the pediatrician.

I read if I can find any decent magazines... or I turn off my cell phone ringer, but play cribbage or solitaire in the games menu.

all waiting rooms have those lame magazines --- fishing today, golfers digest, the tv guide (from 5 yrs ago)...lol
