I have tried everything such as booting off orig disk and each start up is the same

When PC restarts and shows the "Press any key" to boot from CD, DO NOT touch the keyboard. It will boot from HDD and continue extracting the files from the CD. So DO NOT remove the CD as well. Let the installation complete itself. It will ask for the CD key and some of your preferences.
