Well we all serve each other and God serves us. He who would be greatest among you let him serve. It's not an obligation exactly, just smart. If you have the spirit you may find that you have so much love you just want to help others because you want for nothing and it's a compulsion, like Yahoo Answers. Was Mother Teresa weak or something. They say the women working with her are the happiest people you'll find. Of course I'm skeptical about the hype, but someone must be happy for all you cynics out there. You're just stuck in your left brain. Just try getting stuck in your right brain and, God, need I say more. Women just have ten percent more connection with their right brain and thirty percent more transmission from it. Men could almost do that if they tried. If you taught them. trans4mind has a lot of free information to create a new husband although it doesn't say that, but who needs it more? Teaching is helping. Is that bad. It is different times and other scriptures apply also. Then too, what is our source, Jesus or Paul? Paul said not to be a follower of Paul or Barnabas, etc. but the Christ. Read the red again. And Christ said he fullfilled the law and the prophets. Few can understand all that, but being well grounded the what Jesus taught you could. I think he gave us enough to do. Just try figuring out how to love properly, if you don't believe it. I think the red is the most important for our day and forever. Paul was dealing sometimes with situations extent in his day. "...with all your getting [of wisdom] get understanding" and again "The letter kills, the spirit brings life." Of course the letter is a killer. It doesn't make any sense alone, but "The spirit of truth leads you into all truth, even the deep things of God." We are so blinded by the traditions of men we can't see the context of we all serve, but the leader serves the most. Hm. You have to raise the children to be independent me thinks.

I like to be submissive and obey my husband, but I have a wonderful, loving, hard-working, moral husband who takes good care of me and our family! If some people don't like the so-called "traditional" roles, then they don't have to live that way. But, for those of us who enjoy those roles, there's nothing wrong with it. My husband and I are very happily married, so it works for us!

God does not require women to obey their husbands. Men would like us to believe that though. Men and women are equal in every sense.
The only time I enjoy playing a submissive role is in the bedroom, by the way...

i like being in the dominant role every now and then but that can not be against God. It's a way of communication and adds spice to life. God requires us to be respectful and agreeable but not submissive and weak.

Well, I am NOT a lady, BUT GOD does NOT require ANY women to OBEY their husbands. If you truly believe this then I feel sorry for your girlfriend or wife. Thats if you have one.

My husband and I work as a team. Any woman who is submissive to her husband needs to get out of that relationship now. It's destructive. Get a life Bud, guys just don't do that anymore. It is wrong.

God does not require women to be submissive to their husbands. She has no reason to do that.

I didn't see anything in the Bible about that.I believe that women are equal with men ,maybe even better from some points of view.I don't want to be a sexist ,but that's my opinion.
