Yes, I have done that quite a few times in my life Eric! It may seem really stupid at first...but you will feel so much better once you let all of the anger, sadness, hurt, frustration...whatever it is...out! Just let it go and set it free! I feel so much better afterward...and sometimes gain a whole new perspective as well! =D

COL......Cry Out Loud!!!! Its cool nowadays! The reverse of LOL. I only cry into the pillow. Shouting into a pillow is not letting out. It's in fact suppressing. Dont ever suffocate yourself. Otherwise, nobody will know what happened to you. There is a better method which I am doing quite frequently these days. Sing out loud at the karaokes . By the way, are there such things in Australia? In fact there is an even better way of letting out your emotions. Choose a song with the lyrics that best describes your feeling and sing out very loud shamelessly at home. Nobody will know. They thought you are practicing for the Australian Idol..

No - I don't shout myself into a pillow. I shout myself to a bottle of Kalua. Works better than a pillow. Try it sometimes

i really do want to, but havnt done so with the pillow...instead i rather go to a quiet place and cry my heart out, when no1 is looking...or i usually write out what i feel in my diary...or once in a while compose a poem about my feelings...but i feel crying your heart out is the best way to release your emotions...i feel a little better after that

I was once told that nothing happens until you verbalize it, let it out into the air. That goes for things you want out of life as well. When I don't like something I say it outloud, I say I want that changed, that I deserve better and it's my time.

I wish I could do that. I always let out my emotions on other people before it's too late.
