You do sound quite troubled about your life Hemant. I'm so sorry to hear that. Sometimes people go through a low time in their life and sometimes it's best not to dwell on all the bad things in your past but to learn from them and learn from them.

You say that you don't know how to behave in your community ... well ... since I don't know if your are a religious person or not ... I suggest that you live by the Golden Rule ... "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" ! Try to stay away from people who are a negative influence on your life and perhaps see a doctor and talk about how you are feeling. There are medications that will help you feel better emotionally.

The dark circles under your eyes could be from lack of proper sleep OR you may have allergies to something. This I know from my own experiences.

Look toward the future in a positive way ... set yourself a goal and be kind to yourself. Life is too short to sad, confused, worried, depressed and unhappy. Give of yourself within your community by volunteering a little of your time to help others and perhaps that will boost your ego a little. Doing kind things for our fellow man can be extremely rewarding. Chin up ... best of luck ... and I hope these word help you somewhat.

I'm not sure if this helps you, but talk to somebody about this. I'm not a religious guy and I do not know if you are, but if I was feeling like you I would visit the local church and have a long talk with the priest or something. They see a lot of people come in everyday and have probably heard more problems from people than you can come up with in a lifetime. They might be able to use their experience to point you in the right direction.

find someone to talk to such as a religious leader or a psychiatric professional. be honest, and things will work themselves out, and stay close to your family.
