Good question. I never thought about that one. I will have to watch the news to really get a good idea. My guess would be a country that fights muslim countries a lot?

Whoever the top three Muslim countries are would be the most likely to be the top three killers of Muslims,being that 90% of the Muslims killed in the world are killed by other Muslims,as it has been for over a thousand years. Of course that's not the answer you are looking for I'm sure,because it is clear in your question that you wish to blame all the ills of the followers of the most violent,oppressive religion in human history on someone else.

It'd have to be Russia. Their war of subjugation against the Chechen people has resulted in the deaths of thousands of Muslims. A distant second would be Israel which still stubbornly refuses to differentiate between its enemies and the innocent civilians that often stand between it and the resistance leaders its military often seeks to assassinate.
P.S:Angel of death is a grossly misinformed moron as his vitriol-filled rhetoric clearly demonstrates. If you unlike AD, actually care to take a look at the past closely, you'll observe that Christians are just as guilty of sectarian conflict within the greater faith as Muslims are, if not more so. And of course, we must never forget that their insistence on bringing the teachings of their religion to the New Word resulted in misery for the inhabitants of that unfortunate continent on a level hitherto unimaginable. To date, no Muslims regime has ever achieved anything remotely comparable in the grim annals of atrocity.

the top on the List are Muslim dictatorships and extremist regimes.
Iran kills quietly thousands of Muslims for misbehavior, and tries to get rid of the Arab population in the south.
Syrian regime kills people, especially Sunni Muslims whenever they fear a rebellion.
for Years it was Saddam, but he is out of the game.

I'm sure you would want the answer to be America but sadly the reality is that other Muslims are the main culprits. It has nothing to do with organised genocide but more to do with sectarian and tribal hatreds.
