The people who'd belive in me would be sadly disapointed.
I'd cash in on it and tell them to save the world and stuff.
I'd also try and get them to tolerate other religions but after that they'd stop listining and I'd be back to my atheist self but by that time the world will be a much smaller and weirder place.

If by Messiah you mean the guy prophesied to redeem Israel in the OT, I'd apologise for being three thousand years late, and suggest the modern state of Israel disband itself, as this is obvious heresy!

I'd keep very quiet about it, make the believers wait another many thousand years until they give up and just go to the pub - that's where they'll find me.
