well in the uk it is 16 for both, but if your added info means that it s 17 where you are, then I don't suppose one day is going to make much difference if you are both sure it is what you want. However yes in the law it would still be illegal. Depends if you are planning on getting caught? Why don't you just wait till tommorrow?

In the Uk one can get married, with parental consent, from 16. I assume this includes permission to mate with your partner as well as signing the contractual agreement.
