i am 23 year old girl.my breasts are large when compared to other girls of my age.due to this i am very depressed.but i am from an orthodox family. so i cannot opt for breast reduction surgery. i wanted to know if there is some breast reduction cream which is effective enough to solve my problem.will it there be any negative effects?can u suggest me one without sideeffects. plz help me.am desperated

hi. Why are you depressed for havin big breasts ? That was agift from God to you. Every man on earth loves big breasts, and some womans also do..ehhhgr..., but thats not the point. The point is that the bigger your breats the more we men like the woman. You should be happy that any men you meet be with will only be very proud and happy of having you next to him.
You should stop seeing that as a shame and start seeing it as a virtue. Probably I bet you anything that all the other girls are very jealous of you and that they will love to have your breasts...ahhh well not litterally, but you know what I mean. Remember the bigger they are the better sex experience your man will have. A man will never get tired of a pair of big, huge breasts. It would be like being on heaven. Im a man and all this is posted with all the respect in the world for women. Let your virtude become your pride.

Have you ever think of soing excercise or body weight training for that?
its a good way to reduce your fat tossues into muscles!.
So consult a trainer near your area and get some more info.
Or, your body weight is proportional to the breast size?
if not, the fitness should manage the volume of the small size body part, and decrease the big part of body size.

No there is no magical cream to reduce breast size. You need to have breast reduction surgery and it will make you very happy if you are depressed with your natural size. This surgery is very common and I have met several ladies who have been through this type of surgery due to heavy breasts.

Creams, pills and herbs do not work.
Working out MAY help, depends on if you have more dense tissue or more fatty tissue in your breasts. If its more fatty, you would lose in the breast while working out. If its more dense, only breast reduction surgery would work.
You need to think about your back health rather than your religion in this case. You could develop serious back issues with big breasts.
Insurance will cover it (it covered mine 100%) if its affecting your health (back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc).

A lot of women who have large breast (to them) are overweight. Have you checked your BMI? Are you overweight? If you're, losing a couple of pound will make your breast smaller and your body more proportional. There is only cream in the market to "enlarge" your size (don't believe in it), there isn't any reduction cream. If you want a natural way to firm your breast so it looks nicer, exercise must be the cure.

Excercise, Gym or walk is not going to reduce the size of your breast, it can reduce fat in your body but not the size of your breast.
I had this problem and i went thru an ayurvedic treatment, i reduced my breast size to a reasonable one and now it looks common like others am happily wearing sleevelss tight fits - i can understand ur feeling

There is no cream, there is no miracle cure. You need to go see a doctor and have him evaluate you. If your back is hurting from the excess weight, insurance will pay for this surgery. Religion is all fine and good, but it won't take care of your physical pain.

natural is beautiful, don tink too much abt it , the only way is surgery to reduce the size, but people are always worried about reduced breast size , not about large size ..u are so different..lol, but dont go for surgery cause there is always problem of deformation .It is not good unless you are going to be an actor, celebrity or somthin.., why take risk when u are healthy?

breasts are proportionate to your entire body (figure) If you are a bit chubby its OK. otherwise there is no cream to reduce breast and I won't suggest surgery. It is natural and many males like the big one. So why to worry.
