I have a beautiful silver cross ring with a garnet on it, and it fits perfectly on my wedding ring finger. But im single, i dont want guys to see a ring on that finger and think im taken. Is it ok to wear rings on that finger? is it common, or only when engaged or married?

First of all, you dont wear a wedding band if you are engaged. You wear an engagement ring. Big difference. It is common for women to wear rings on that finger. Most of us guys can tell the difference between and engagement ring and a ring. We are all not that stupid.
HOWEVER, silver cross rings bring an entirely different dynamic to the table. Now I dont know if this applies everywhere, but those rings have a meaning. Pointing in toward you means you are involved. Pointing out means you are not. Just a myth I've heard. But its something to be aware of. Some guys actually read into those things. I dont.

if you believe in superstitions then i guess you might not want to - i've heard it can jinx you...
but i don't believe in that stuff - it's my finger, and i'll wear a ring on it if i like. if you wear something that clearly isn't an engagement ring, it's generally not a problem

hi am justina h from nigeria, babygirl dont u want to get married someday because no guy would ever believe that u are not hooked up if that finger is occupied. my advice to u is that u should just keep that finger empty until after when ur married then u could put on as many rings u may want to put on, thanks

does it fit on the other hand? i heard that you only put weeding rings on your ring finger on your left hand.

i reckon if ur hanging out at a bar or something by your self, it'll be fine. i put a ring on my wedding ring finger....and i kept it on....now its stuck! lol! i dont have any plans to take it off yet.
