There are many kinds of UV light depending their wavelength: UVA black light, UVB curing, UVC germicide, UVV ozone, DUV Deep, EUV Extreme. Each category has many bulbs with different watts output for varous use and most of them use high volts power supply with pike to trigger electron flying, not ussual110v household electricity.

Wal-Mart and Lowes for sure. I've bought them at both these places.
I'm talking about fluorescent bulbs.
