Why not simply set an easy password, and give it to all visitors? Perhaps even have a hotel-esque notice in each room, or 30-minute PA?
OR You could name your network 'Network1_pass1234'

You definately don't want to go down the road of having no password at all as every man and his dog could have access. Have a simple password or key and just give it to your visitors if they require it. It would not be hard for them to configure a connection this way.

Make sure you disable the USE PASSWORD. And that will make the network free for everyone to use. But, a word of caution. Your neighbors might be connecting for free as well! Well if you are too generous... (too much connection from your a network will make it slow, so be careful)

Don't do this. The moment you open up the security you are allowing anyone to use your connection. This includes illegal use, and guess whose door the authorities will come banging on if they do. Give the people you want to use it the key, or connect them via cable.

Then you want your neighbours and anyone driving past your house to be able to use your Internet connection for free.

Maybe you want the local pervert to be able to download kiddie porn over your Internet connection so it gets traced to you.
