Friend, life is not so bad at all.
Didn't i tell you before.........
Nobody can go back & start a brand new begining.
But we can start now & make a brand new ending.
Remember, every ending is a brand new begining.

God did not promise sun without rains, days without pains & laughter without sorrow but he did promise strength for the day , comfort for the tears & light for the way.
Whenever you feel down because you did not get what you want , just sit tightly & pray to God , maybe God has something even better in store for you.
Just think how lucky we are........
we never suffered a war,
the loneliness of the jail cell, the agony of torture,
or hunger !!
we are happier than 500 million people in the world.
we can enter into a church (mosque , temple ) without fear of jail or death, & so we are happier than 3 million people in the world.
There is food in our fridge,
we have shoes and clothes,
we have bed and a roof,
we are richer then 75% of the people in the world.

I know that it is difficult, but you must and will find a way to shine again; not only to shine, but to shine BRIGHTLY... Think of the things which you have found soothing and healing throughout your life... For me, the water, especially sitting on the beach and watching nature's magnificence as the waves roll has been nurturing...

First of all look around you you are still alive and kicking you could be dead. yes you need to shine again thanking God for his mercy love and for taking good care of you.you have a shelther underyour head food clothes get hold of your fears;try going places meet people that shares your same interests .establish your self and your steps think positive and re-new your mind,take a long walk on observe God beautiful creation and his magnificence power. if God can do all of this imagine what he will do for you just ask God to help you over come thesebad times the sun is going to shine again. just keep on holding on and dont you let go. i wish you strength in the lord.

continuing to talk about down only reinforces the feeling and situation. So sure the person should immediately clear the air, figure out what happened, and immediately move on and make yourself busy and look for the things that make you happy. The longer it hangs on then the more that person would need psychological assistance, and maybe even medication or more.

Just have an intent that you want to come out the downness. Imagine/ create a picture of what it will be when u would be out of the downness. And create a pathway for going beyond this.
