Mystique
Additonal:
As for a costume, Mystique was not always naked, but it will take an orange wig and lots of blue paint.

Here, all you need are red pants, a skull accessory, and a red top. Maybe a couple of fake guns if you really want to wow someone!

yep mystique it is. hate it when you remember 5 minutes later don't you?
anyways, she actually 'wears' four different costumes that i've seen;
1. the original white dress with skull belt - not easy to duplicate so i'd leave that one.
2. a variation of the white dress, being white top and trousers - can be done. get yourself some white trousers and a turtle neck top with no sleeves. any exposed flesh paint in blue. could end up very messy though.
3. black top and trousers with guns - same as 2, get black top and trousers paint yourself blue.
4. red top and trousers with guns - same as 3.
the other options you have are to go the movie way and be the character from the film.
some ideas;
if you're confident enough, buy yourself some blue liquid latex and just paint.
find a dark blue full body leotard from something like a dance shop and just cover yourself in blue face paint. or try buying some white pants and a white bra from primark and paint again including the underwear as well.
if i was going to do this i'd go with the red or black costume and use liquid latex on the bare patches. hobbycraft do an inexpensive, if smelly, pot which would do the job. you'd have to mix it with blue paint or dye but it'd work well. getting it off afterwards would be painful though. for the hair there's a gel you can get in superdrugs that comes in various colours which washes straight out.
try google image search for pictures of all her costumes.

Mystique
Mystique is a mutant shapeshifter whose natural appearance includes blue skin and yellow eyes. She is over 100 years old, stated in her solo series (issue #17): "I wasn't born last night, or even last century, for that matter..." Mystique is also the biological mother of Nightcrawler and foster mother of Rogue. She was forced to abandon Nightcrawler, but raised Rogue for a number of years and the two women have mixed feelings towards one another. She is one of the few bisexual characters in comics.
Film
Rebecca Romijn as Mystique
In the movies X-Men, X2: X-Men United, and X-Men: The Last Stand, Mystique is played by Rebecca Romijn and, unlike her comic book incarnation, is a member of Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants. When she appears in her true form, she is naked and covered in scales. In the movies; Mystique is not Rogue's foster mother. They meet each other for the first time when Magneto kidnaps Rogue.

Hollie Would... and I'm glad she did. I chuckled when I saw the original question because it made me wince at the thought of that execrable pop culture classic "Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus," but I liked the poem considerably more. Yes, we're flawed, but not all the cads you'd think based on the way you painted us. Still, I've seen that description often enough come to life to know that there is more than a grain of truth in it. But doll, I'd never leave you hanging, and I would be true.
