Try Saga - I think they have good deals for over 50s without having to have a medical - I did assume though that as Spain is in the EU that you have medical coverage anyway if you are British ?? Not sure about Spain but I live in Croatia and there is an agreement between countries for medical so I do not have to pay for treatment therefore do not have to pay for insurance

Maybe http://www.worldwideinsure.com/ can help. I find them pretty good but do not know whether they will insure a 67 year old for a 6 month stay in Spain.

Your agent with ralted to your Insurance matters or your bank where they give insurances for such , should be able to advice you directly,,, yes,,since you are 67, you will have to go through a medical test, to find your health condtion but, yet you will be okey,, in the sense you have have to bear with some additional charges,, for same,,, so get your self comfortable in getting any calrifications from your insurance agent / your bank

the best way would be to search online and it may be cheaper to take out a full year policy stupid I know but thats the way it works. whatever you do dont use the post office the prices are astronomical
