yes, cross eyed teaches scares the students. they can never tell if the teacher is looking at them. all the cross eyed teacher has to do is stare at a student...creepy!!!

It depends if he's fierce or not. If he's not fierce then he probably can't control his pupils, but if he is, then I suppose he can.
