Quick take:
* G33 does not officially support Core 2 Extreme processors
* P35 does not support integrated graphics and related functions
* G33 has a 14.5W TDP
* P35 has a 16.0W TDP

G33 seems to be best for HTPC as well as powerful business desktops. P35 would be best for gaming rigs as well as workstations.

P35.

It supports quad core where as G33 doesn't. And G33 has a builtin video which sucks if you are playing games.

For gaming I would go for the P35. And for the motherboard try looking for Gigabyte ones due to it's 'All Solid Capacitor". For short... longer life compared to "typical" motherboards.
