Penteli on fire! Houses in danger! Help us!?

This second, 12:49, Penteli is on fire. Houses are in danger. And the Alpha News is swimming all over this subject! Help us! Suggestions please.

The fire is coming up to Kifissia. The sun is blocked out from the smoke. Help us, people! Elate purostvestes!

Yes dear, as greeks we suffer and it is hurting us to see our country on fire..Because of people who want to sell earth, or becasue of ennemies of Greece...
But we have also the big responsibility.Even if the firemen do their best, after the fires there are also conflicts from the different political parties which ''suck'' the consciousness and the sensibility of the people, one putting the blame on the other as usually...
And this...hurts so much, as far as we know, that the only source of green remaining in Athens, is dying day by day....

houses on fire: serves them right. I am sorry if I sound harsh, but if you just look at these areas from far, you will realise that people have built their houses in the forest, meaning that they cherished from a previous fire that created building lots in these areas, and even if there was not a fire, the forest is destroyed when people go and live there, The wild animals flee and the trees are cut. And this goes on and on. I am an architect, and a friend asked me to see a property she has and design a house. All legal. It is in the forest, I mean really in a forest. By the time everyone has built there, there will be no forest there any more. Who will be to blame if her house gets fire? Why would she build there? I discouraged her and told her not to build there.
