Question Details: I run for 5km(3.1 miles) 5 times a week. do 5 pull-ups.
I am 26, 69kg & 5'7".
I still have fat around my belly.

tighten up your abs - when you drive your car, when you bend, when yousit, when you do anything. That's how Ronnie Coleman did it - you can too.

just doing normal everyday things - tightening up your abs.

do the program P90X it will get you ripped in 90 days... I saw it on an infomercial, and I know people who it worked for.
