If they are bent take a mechanical pencil, pop out the lead, put the pin in the lead hole of the pencil and gently move them back into place.

If you broke them off completely you're pretty much screwed.

If you can do microsurgery style of soldering. It would be really difficult to get an iron on the pin and get it soldered on straight. I have tried and was able to suceed on an outer row. The time spent was ridiculous and was only done as a personal challenge project.

No. They are too small. It would take very precise equipment to fix them.
