I am meant to phone this number +31-634-254755 but i am in the uk so what do ihave to put into my home telephone so i can ring that number.

the 31 at the beginning are the country phone code

For the + sign, you need to use the international access code.

I think for the UK that would be 00.

So, it would be 00 31 6 34 254755 in your case.
Please note that this is a mobile number - and therefore pretty expensive to call.

that number is already an international number, you can dial it directly, its a mobile number in the netherlands. though the second dash is in a weird spot.

0031 normally then follows a 0 but that you have to leave out.
