hmmm...people very often mistake these two as separate...both are deliberate concealment of truth...truth hidden with intent...the difference only has a chance of revealing itself when someone is asked about something...they then have to make a concious choice whether to reveal...or to further conceal the truth..Concealment is concealment, doesnt matter which way you look at it...;0)
