my system works too slower when i open multiple windows?

when i do more operations.......it becomes too slower and sometimes hangs......

Your PC is using virtual memory (SLOW) because it is running out of available RAM. Just add more RAM and your computer will really speed up. 2x512mb is best in Win XP if your motherboard is dual channel capable.

If you dont have sufficient RAM at that movement this problem persist. Cause each and every window / program engage some memory from RAM and when there is no space for computer internal process at that movement this happens
