That's a great question, i asked something similar in University a few years ago, and to be truthfully there is not much known, only now have they truly found out that there is a black hole at the center of the Milky way?

Personally i would think time folds at the event horizon of a black hole, that's just a theory but its mine lol.

The edge of a black hole is determined by what is called the Advent Horizon.
At one edge of the Advent Horizon space and time can be measured in a way that we are familure with, but once you cross the Advent Horizon no one really knows what happens. If it could exist it would be a 2 to 3 solar mass body about 3 km in diameter whose surface gravity would be such that the escape velocity would be greater than the speed of light.
I guess you can speculate about what it would be like.
Anything penetrating it's surface would have to be turned to pure energy to cross the event horizon,also,because below the surface all the mass and gravity would be concentrated at the center the escape velocity below the surface would have to be greater than at the surface which is the speed of light.
There is no reason for time to be affected by a black hole any more than any other celestial body.

Time is relative to you and therefore will not stop because of where you are it may for example change relative to someone else say back on Earth.

But as for space Black holes gravity is like nothing else known in physics and no one knows what happens at the point of singularity centre of the black hole one thing is for sure nothing could survive a trip through a black hole with current physics think of the centre of the earth the pressures are too extreme for anything. now imagine this on an infinity scale of pressure mind-boggling.

It becomes distorted. A black hole pulls everything into it, and nothing can escape it, not even light. It is said to compact anything that is pulled into it, "an invisible region of theoretically infinite density". Scientist believe black holes exist even in our own milky way, at the galactic nucleus.

obviously, it will be the end of our galaxy... because black holes are celestial object of such extremely intense gravity that it attracts everything near it and in some instances prevents everything, including light, from escaping.

i doesn't continue. It is distorted much like around any body but so serverely that the "well" is not escapable.
