I agree with the idea that you need to be evaluated medically. Nosebleeds during sex, or at any other time without an obvious injury, are often a sign of severe hypertension, and this can be very dangerous. It is the number one cause of most strokes. Other conditions associated with nosebleeds include leukemia and certain cancers of the blood. I'd get yourself to the doctor and get this checked before I had any more sex, if I were you.
