Very very small chance.
I have had building work going on for over a year now and so far all but one has been deeply unattractive.
But, good luck, firstly and most importantly that they will bother to turn up at all, and secondly that if they do you will not be subjected to viewing 'builder's bum' on a sweaty overweight plumber as a struggles to fit something under the sink.
